Welcome to the Texas Online College and Career Readiness Resource Center Online Course. The primary objective of this course is to help you work effectively — individually and with colleagues — toward the goal of preparing all students to succeed in life after high school, whether they choose to pursue academics, technical training, or military service, or to enter the job market.

College and career readiness (CCR) involves more than just classroom instruction; it requires comprehensive preparation and tremendous commitment on the part of teachers, families, communities and, of course, students. This course will help you learn more about the multiple dimensions of CCR and allow you to maximize your impact as an educator and member of a CCR-focused team.

This course is comprised of 22 lessons that you can work through at your own pace. Each lesson will take about 20 minutes to complete. You will need a notebook in order to take notes and participate in occasional activities.
